"CORRUPTION IS A THREAT TO SOCIETY'S DEVELOPMENT"

Today, the fight against corruption is one of the priority areas of state policy. Corruption negatively affects the development of society, the stability of the economy, and the interests of citizens.
An event was held dedicated to the uncompromising fight against corruption, strengthening standards of integrity in state bodies, as well as priority tasks aimed at identifying and reducing corruption risks.
The event was also attended by F. Aliyev, Director of the State Institution “Directorate for the Operation and Capital Construction of Buildings” under the Ministry of Digital Technologies, Chief Compliance Officer, and Human Resources Manager.
The event was addressed by the Minister of Digital Technologies Sherzod Shermatov and the Deputy Director of the Anti-Corruption Agency Umid Mavlyanov, who touched upon the ongoing reforms, strategic tasks, and ensuring openness and transparency in public services.
Explanations were also provided on the content and essence of the laws, the mechanisms for their implementation, and the prevention and elimination of corruption risks.
This meeting will serve to ensure openness and transparency in state bodies, increase the legal literacy of responsible employees, prevent conflicts of interest, and further strengthen their systematic work in the fight against corruption.
