Performing the role of customer for the construction, reconstruction and capital repair of buildings and structures of the Ministry of Digital Technologies and organizations in its system, technical monitoring of construction works and technical control over the construction of objects
Operation and maintenance of buildings and structures
Effective organization of the operation and maintenance service of buildings and structures of the Ministry and its structural organizations, their operation in accordance with established standards, including compliance with fire safety, sanitary rules, urban planning standards;

Nurafshan branch of Tashkent University of Information Technologies named after Muhammad al-Khorazmi
The 1030-seat Nurafshan branch of the Tashkent University of Information Technologies named after Muhammad al-Khorazmi has 6 floors, consists of a 5-floor educational building and 1 underground floor. The Technical College of Information Technologies of the Tashkent region has 4 floors and is designed for 420 students. The student dormitory has 630 beds and consists of 17 floors of dormitories and 1 underground floor.
IT-Park complex
The construction of this modern complex started on November 20, 2019. In order to create wider conditions for the development of the industry, seven more lots will be built here, and 13 buildings, including 20-25-story office buildings, a 22-story hotel, a university, a conference hall, a co-working center, and other facilities will be built in stages.
The buildings are designed to be earthquake resistant above 9 points. A 3-story parking lot will be built underground. It is planned to build cafes and restaurants, shops, sports fields, recreation areas on the territory of the complex. The first 7 buildings of this IT park have been commissioned. They are equipped with the most modern amenities, and incubation and acceleration programs have been established to support promising start-up projects.
A total of 13 buildings will be built here. They are resistant to earthquakes above 9 points. In the technological park, IT organizations, a university, a conference hall, and a co-working center work together.
Permanent technical control of construction works is carried out by the state institution "Directorate of Building Use and Capital Construction" under the Ministry of Digital Technologies.
