According to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated July 25, 2020 № 409 "On measures to organize the activities of certain organizations in the system of the Ministry of Information Technologies and Communications of the Republic of Uzbekistan" , established. The tasks of the public institution are:

- Acting as a customer for the construction, reconstruction and overhaul of buildings and structures of the Ministry and its affiliates, technical supervision of construction work and technical control over the construction of facilities;

- selection of contractors for the construction, reconstruction and overhaul of buildings and structures of the Ministry and its affiliated organizations in accordance with the requirements of the legislation on public procurement, as well as public procurement for the procurement of goods (works and services) , including e-procurement;

- Operation and maintenance of buildings and structures of the Ministry and its affiliated organizations, effective organization of their operation in accordance with the established standards, including compliance with fire safety, sanitation, urban planning norms;

- comprehensive solution of issues related to the operation and maintenance of buildings and structures; organization of general construction works; design, installation and commissioning of electrical equipment with operating voltage up to 1000 Volts;

- design, installation and commissioning of security and fire alarm systems;

- Design, installation and commissioning of access control systems (including television and video surveillance systems) to the buildings and structures of the Ministry and its subordinate organizations;

- Organization of uninterrupted and high-quality operation of internal and external communication systems, electricity, natural gas, water and other communication networks, as well as heating and cooling systems, working with the Ministry and its affiliated organizations;

- Provision of transport services and logistics of the Ministry and its affiliated organizations;

- maintenance and repair of service vehicles in accordance with the requirements of technical standards, organization of provision of qualified drivers for driving service vehicles, technical inspection of state road safety bodies within the period established by the legislation; The ride consists of providing all the necessary spare parts.
