The opening ceremony of the newly built modern sports complex was held at TATU

The opening ceremony of a new modern sports complex, which includes more than 8 types of sports and meets the requirements of all times, was held at the Tashkent University of Information Technologies named after Muhammad al-Khorazmi.

This ceremony was attended by the Deputy Minister of Digital Technologies Rustam Karimjonov, as well as representatives of the Information Technology and Mass Communication Workers' Union of Uzbekistan, heads of industry organizations, mass media representatives, and sports masters.

This sports facility, which was launched in order to promote a healthy lifestyle in the university along with education, and to create modern conditions for comprehensive support of sports, was built using advanced architectural solutions and energy-saving technologies. and has the opportunity to train with sports such as mini football (basketball or volleyball), running, fitness and wrestling at the same time.

It is also possible to broadcast the competitions directly on the YouTube platform through the modern recording equipment installed in the sports complex.

As part of the ceremony, which was held in high spirit, the mini-football competition, which is held every year between the national teams made up of the employees of the industry institutions included in the system of the Ministry of Digital Technologies, was started.

At the end of the event, friendly mini-football matches were held between the national teams of the industry organizations.
