"CORRUPTION – AN OBSTACLE TO DEVELOPMENT"

A preventive event titled "Corruption – an Obstacle to Development" was held among the employees of the “Directorate for operation of buildings and capital construction” state entity under the Ministry of Digital technologies of the Republic of Uzbekistan, aimed at promoting a zero-tolerance approach to corruption and preventing its occurrence.

During the event, D. Salokhiddinov, Chief Specialist for Compliance Control of the “Directorate for operation of buildings and capital construction” state entity made a presentation to employees on the fact that legality, openness, transparency, priority of citizens’ rights, freedoms and legitimate interests, systematicity and a number of other qualities are the main principles of combating corruption and the formation of an uncompromising attitude towards corruption in society, and provided detailed explanations to the questions asked by employees.

At the end of the event, video clips dedicated to the topic of combating corruption were shown to the employees.
